Cons

To be less on call. Only run real emergencies after hours like rack downs. Water leaks and self contained units can wait until the morning. There should be a limit to how many hours are worked in one day. We should not be required to work 18 - 28 hours straight when we are on call. It is extremely unsafe.

I like the safety improvements for the tech it was a much-needed change in this area as Carolina refrigeration we had no safety program or ppe for the guys. This has been a big deal till now.

Cons

Try and make all area follow the same rules I know some areas gets tool allowances it was told to my tech when they went to their training classes and it caused some issues with techs. Same with the on call pay

I like the people and love my job. The room for advance and the compensation is not bad could be a little better. I also love the traveling part of my job.

Cons

implement same rules for all coolsys company's. Like not getting a company van or truck unless a journeyman or above.
