I've been at CoolSys for a number of years. I've always been treated fairly and have had growth opportunities. Benefits are good. Pay is good.

There are cons to "work" everywhere. The same cons apply at CoolSys.

Pros

Pay is okay. Lots of good people in the field/trying to hold things together.

Cons

Company grew too fast w/o strategy. Now it's too big and flailing. No empathy or humanity left in Brea. Becoming another generic big employer where people are cost on a balance sheet. Poor communication from HR, lots of changes in practices, no interest in how employees feel. Top-down orders being given all day long. Disagreement ignored or met with anger.
