      Pros

      While at Coolsys I was fortunate enough to have worked with some of the most dedicated people. As with so many other companies, COVID, Supply Chain Issues and financial pressures have been challenging, but there are so many employees who go above and beyond to meet the challenge and sacrifice to deliver the customer best in class services and products. I'm honored to have spent a large portion of my career with the team.

      In a 24/7 365 business very challenged to offer any type of work life balance. But this is not unique to Coolsys or the industry.

      Anyone worth their salt is leaving. ARES Management Equity firm owns the CoolSys / Source brank as part of their group of companies. Operations, accounting, sales & top managers have no industry experience.

      They pay you on time.

      Cons

      I didnt work there very long and here is why: 1. I felt management could not care less about me or my safety. (I have incidences where I was treated disrespectfully and callously for leaving a job due to rain and lightning conditions). 2. I didnt really feel any appreciation for any of the work I put in, I honestly felt Like I was being squeezed because it seemed like I was never doing enough even when I volunteered. 3. I really did not like the Norcal branch, just my personal opinion, in my view and opinion they dont care about fostering improvement in the technician themselves so if you are looking for a place to grow and you arent a journeyman then just be aware. This is just my personal experience.
