Easy Work Most weekends off AC and fans blowing directly on you

Cons

Work is repetitive When there is overtime there is tons of overtime Standing and moving all day/picking up up to 20lb items

Pros

Pay is above average for this area. There is air conditioning and heat but the smell of alcohol and rubber is too much. They have a nurse but you can see her because all the office people stay up in there.

Cons

No leadership or real interaction from the managers. They know our name but dont listen to our needs. They just want to laugh and play and brush us off. Off shifts dont keep the place clean and no one holds them accountable. New people come and go all the time. Cant keep people here. Gets old.
