      Slow to Improve, Quick to Innovate

      Pros

      -Multiple development teams (software and product) -Great people (this carries a lot of weight) -Work-from-home / Hybrid -Great Volunteering Group -Able to focus on one customer

      Cons

      -Slow to change processes and best practices -"Advanced" groups rarely seem advanced, normally ghost your emails and ideas -Hard to feel seen / talk with upper management -Sometimes a disconnect between company goals and employee goals -Almost never get a raise (unless promoted) -50/50 on bonus, and payout normally is 80%
