      A good employer with a small office in the UK

      Pros

      Good pension scheme. Great collaboration with colleagues due to the size of the office. Occasional outsourced trainings provided.

      Cons

      Mediocre private insurance. Very basic maternity and paternity rights. Bonus scheme not available to all employees.

      Great People, Good Pay. Fun place to be while working. People seem to enjoy each other.

      Cons

      Everything being global and centralized seems to slow down processes. Seems as though there are more process control plans than people to control the process controls.
