      Very focused organization strategically. Global reach. Great reputation with customers.

      Cons

      Sales, program mgt, plant and product engineering systems do not have a deep connection at the info sys level. (minor complaint). Needs a bigger than incremental investment.

      Pay, benefits. I never felt like managers did not look at the clock as far as time in and time out, but rather your production and that dictated your schedule. It isn't for everyone.

      Was not given a clear path for advancement.
