Lots of weekends including Saturday and Sunday, no communication to the employees, Management has no clue about anything that happens on the floor.. No one feels like they can trust management. They tell you one thing and change their minds and tell you something else. We never know until the last minute whether we will be working weekends or not. Hard to make plans with your family. Lots of turnover due to these decisions.
