      Pros

      Hires within the company for most jobs.

      Cons

      Poor managment in some departments. Engineers and managers lack communication with others. Very unorganized when it comes to having parts in stock or launching new jobs. Quality struggles.

      Turn-over rate caused an excess of worker hours for months/years. This led to burn-out for many new workers: creating a vicious cycle.
