      Pros

      Good work environment with friendly coworkers. Fast paced with various testing and equipment. You will enjoy working here. Good yearly bonuses.

      Cons

      There is a occasionally stress from emergency testing. You will need to be on your toes. This job does not seem to have an ordered means of advancement.

      Decent pay and benefits. I need 20 words minimum and I can't think of anything else good to say right now.

      Cons

      Management that doesn't know how to manage or treat their employees with respect. Management support is crappy when dealing with internal or external customers. Company doesn't care about their people as individuals. They just keep piling the work on even if it is driving people into the ground. Crappy review system which in the end is based on how much your boss does/doesn't like you (not how well you do or don't do at your job). Not properly staffed at working level, very management heavy.
