Pros
It was a large company that had a family feel environment. My co-workers were great to work with and they cared about the environment.
Cons
The pay scale was something to be desired. The company mad a lot of money but very little of that went to the hourly employees. Upper management made an average of $75.000 and the average hourly employee made $11 per hour, they are the backbone of any company.
