      Can't say anything pops out.

      Cons

      You are treated like absolute crap during your 90 day probation period because you have no protection whatsoever and the supervisors know this. They play favorites with the people who have been there long enough and will let them start any drama and situation they want to without trying to gather the facts or talk to you about it at all.

      Lack of Accountability and Terrible Management

      Cons

      There is no accountability of employees, terrible, unqualified upper management. Poor communication! HR runs the company but are uninvolved in the day to day operations. It's a sinking ship!!!!

      work life balance is pretty good, purchasing has been remote since covid.

      Cons

      depending on your manager, you might have a "butts in seats" kinda manager, or someone that allows you to make your own decisions and doesn't micromanage.
