Con's are...1.) having a supervisor take you outside to discuss a promotion by telling you if you take it I will make your life hell. 2.) Having my var damaged on company property while I am working inside and the company did not take responsibility for the damage. This happened more than once. 3.) While others were allowed a cooler at the their work area , I was not even tho I was in the hottest part of the plant. I was told I took the job and that the way it was. I was working at the head of the line, and on the other lines, at the head they were allowed coolers. 4.)I was made to work overtime, mandatory, while the others on my line had weekends off. 5.) I went to the nurse repeatedly about pain in my shoulder and she would send me back out to the line with ibuprofen and an ice pack. 800mg was like prescription strength but she said she couldn't tell me that. I ended up having rotator cuff surgery...twice...without the company taking responsibility for it. So when the plant shut down due to poor management, I.was on leave in therapy and was told I didn't qualify for severance pay because of that. Keep in mind I worked at this company 12 years...and was a good, dependable, hardworking employee who now suffers from problems due to the work they had me doing alone. Work that when I went on vacation they had 2 people do my job...and when I came back, it was left to only me. What can I say...I felt trapped because I needed my job to pay my bills. There's tons more that they did...not enough time to tell it...
