      Pros

      Cooper Standard is a market leader, positive environment, and great opportunities to learn and grow. Great people at the corp office and the plants.

      Cons

      The pressure of Automotive and hitting numbers. If you want to punch a clock, this is not the place for you. Quality is sometimes an issue, but we have some tough commodities to launch.

      Pros

      The single biggest plus for working there were the friends I made, both salary and hourly employees alike. I personally liked the type of work but thats a preference.

      Cons

      It would be a political embarrassment if some of the management had to represent the company on the road. I have personally witnessed a supervisor treat employees so poorly that my adult lady co-worker had to excuse herself to the bathroom to cry. This was not a one time thing; I had personally filed a complaint about her over a year prior and there seemed to be no apparent repercussion.
