      Pay is decent enough I guess. Good health insurance

      Cons

      Management just can’t get their things together. Constantly running out of what the floor needs to run. Can’t make or maintain a production schedule. Doesn’t know or doesn’t care about the ongoing issues on the floor

      1. Unionized workforce so everyone should be treated equally 2. Fair pay and benefits 3. Reasonable job duties

      Cons

      Management is quick to notice good performers and quicker to Managers are quick to recognize conscientious workers and quicker to take advantage of them. Performance punishment and rewarded mediocrity is what you can expect.
