      Pros

      CSA is a very large automotive company that offers that corporate experience which is great for those in the beginning of their careers. Pay and benefits were pretty good as well.

      Cons

      There was too much bureaucracy in the upper ranks of management.

      Flexible hours, some employees do work hard and care about the company.

      Not enough pay for the job, employees are not held accountable. Makes it difficult for the employees that do work hard.
