Growing company. High commitment to the community. New leadership carrying out positive changes and bringing in new talent. Many hard working individuals actually care about getting things done right. Average compensation and benefits.
Cons
Global company with small business mentality. Things aren't done right at many levels with the current management. Some managers are merely seasoned skilled workers who know nothing about managing others. Chaotic from time to time and the blames come down to the people, not to the system ran by the decision makers. Seen too many good workers burning their lives away for tasks that don't matter leaving no room for their professional development. Low satisfaction causes high turnover.
