Pros

Not a lot of pros. It is a job with low base pay. Only made up by the mandatory overtime. If a lazy worker, you will still make as much as those who work hard to achieve the hourly goals set by company.

Cons

Low base pay. Mandatory overtime every week. Work 6 days a week. No work life balance as you are only off Sundays. Treated by employer as expendable. Hard work is not acknowledged so no need to work hard to stand out. Not a lot of opportunities to advance.

CSA continues to allow corporate positions to be 100% remote. They are transparent with their current business status, great time off from day 1.

Cons

The most middle management I’ve seen in an automotive company.
