Cooper Standard reviews

So far my experience has been overwhelmingly positive. I feel supported by my manager, have work live balance, flexibility, etc. As this is an automotive manufacturing organization there will always be certain challenges. However, I believe how an organization handles challenges define the organization’s culture, leadership strength, and integrity. That being said, the CS team responds to challenges and issues with a strong sense of teamwork and collaboration aimed at resolving the issue at hand - the best representations of their culture.
