      Pros

      Pay was good, pretty open with spending money on projects

      Cons

      Direction and goals. This company has a value in automotive in that there are few places that make the same product. GM/Ford and others need them so they will not allow the company to fail. That does not mean it is good, it just means it’s one of a handful of places that make product that goes into the automobile. The leadership is aimless. Goals are stated, but when it is pointed out that those goals are not achieved by current work you are chastised and pushed out of the way. New ideas are not valued. If you are looking for innovative places to be and work, find other places. If you are looking at steady work that is only there because car doors need seals – come here.

      Pros

      work life balance is pretty good, purchasing has been remote since covid.

      Cons

      depending on your manager, you might have a "butts in seats" kinda manager, or someone that allows you to make your own decisions and doesn't micromanage.

      Countdown to 2nd Bankruptcy

      Brand new, very expensive office building

      Cons

      The “GLT” (CEO, CFO and other top management of the company) are completely clueless. So much turnover that it’s hard to even keep up with all the changes. People either get blamed and fired, or they’re smart enough to leave on their own. The rank & file sales and engineers work hard and make good progress, but then the GLT keeps making terrible mistakes and runs the entire company into the ground. It went bankrupt before, and it’s only a matter of months before it goes bankrupt again
