Pros

Most of the people are great to work with at the sites. 20 days vacation starting out.

Cons

Very little accountability, minimal support from corporate, and they try to run with the bare bones at their plants. Negotiate as high as you can going in they struggle to ever hit a bonus or merit increases.

Very good benefits. Plenty of time off.

Cons

Absolutely terrible management. Not helpful or supportive with your job duties. Out of touch, unable to understand operations, lack of experience managers and upper management. Senior management does/did not understand the market and/or strengths and weaknesses and failed to capitalize on opportunities. Not sure what everyone else is thinking on this site.

Treating Employees as Garbage

Pros

Was the best place to work in this area, then Larry came along. It’s been swirling the bowl ever since, meanwhile employees are screwed over.

Cons

Working one 8 or maybe one 12 hour shift each week, can’t draw unemployment, after the cost of health insurance you get $12 to live on.
