Pros

Good teams, people, and work environment. Good engineering systems, equipment and good reliable processes for safety, training, and getting work done.

Cons

Management is not too flexible regarding redefining roles and jobs to meet the new customer or supplier demands...with high remote workforce...materials and parts technical and business sides do not communicate jointly as often as needed when material suppliers are not meeting quality/volume etc . Business conditions in chip shortage limited automotive are currently challenging post COVID to all Tier 1 suppliers.
