Salary and benefits are competitive, 85% working level team is strong

Cons

experience is not balanced amongst customers, leads to inconsistent work environment and direction. Still is a disconnect between working level and upper management due to mid-management.

Work with some great people. PTO is ample, great benefits, as well as bountiful holiday's provided from company.

Cons

Engineers are difficult to work with as they live in their own world per say and do not care to much about the day to day business and operations.
