      Pros

      Pay, benefits. I never felt like managers did not look at the clock as far as time in and time out, but rather your production and that dictated your schedule. It isn't for everyone.

      Cons

      Was not given a clear path for advancement.

      Pros

      Not an extremely difficult place to work. Union facility. You can wear shorts at the apporiate length and listen to music while on the job. In the summer they give free popsicles, rags, and little gatorades to help keep cool. They reward on occasion and have special events such as a cook out or christmas party.

      Cons

      Medical insurance isn't the greatest. Lots of mandatory overtime (could be a good thing too.) Hot factory.
