      Pros

      Some of the floor people are good people.

      Cons

      Mean, heartless, cheap, liars, - culture of harrassment, targeting, & failure. Almost everyone is fired or quits within the first 5 years. They have fired people for made up offenses who have been with the company 20-30 years, leaving them on the streets with families after decades of service. Don't put time or effort into a company who will eventually harass and fire you.

      Pros

      Expectations are extremely low for anyone that is in the "Good Ole' Boy Club".

      Cons

      I believe in the strategy that the 5th generation grandchildren are attempting but, unfortunately, they hired too many levels to help them execute their vision effectively. In the extended years I worked there the "Senior" employees, including middle and upper management, did not execute the changes necessary to develop the new strategies effectively.
