      Pros

      SOME managers do care for employees, but most and top management and HR do not at all unless you are not a minority.

      Cons

      Many people are racist especially in management and HR and the company does not care about their employees at all. I would give the company 0 stars if I could. Company culture and morale is low. Just overall not a good company, I was able to quit and find a way better job with a company that cares for ALL employees and care about diversity and inclusion, but there are people I know there who are not able to and a dealing with a lot of negativity and racism. They can't go to HR because they wouldn't do anything and they would probably get fired.

      Pros

      Social workforce. Efforts to create a sense of community.

      Cons

      I was offered something verbally if I would take a certain action. Then when I accepted and took action, the thing offered was withdrawn and substituted with something else that had a negative financial outcome for me. It was really too late to reverse things. I do not think well of their financial outlook or their word as a result of this. I do not like being patronized.

      The pay was good. The production group goes beyond the average skill set and understanding.

      Cons

      The Management team was unfamiliar with customer requirements, dollar driven, more than quality requirements.
