Pros

Coworkers were generally great. Made some really good friends that I still hang out with after I quit the job.

Cons

Management was terrible. The company tolerates (and even encourages) toxic and borderline abusive behaviors. For every good manager/supervisor there are 10 who are horrible. No accountability or cohesion. Constantly understaffed. Irresponsible financing. Generally horrible, 0/10 do not recommend.

Cons

Operations is a mess. Lack of organization and discipline is apparent. They struggle do any type of structured problem solving.
