Pros

CoorsTek is a 110 year old, family owned company with plants across the world. The market they serve is industrial and technical ceramics. This a great place to learn and grow professionally and begin a career in manufacturing if you're new to the industry.

Cons

Can be repetitive at times, and Overtime can be tiring.

- Supportive team and management - Opportunity for growth - Team listens to new ideas and implements as many as possible - Get to work on special projects outside of just your job function - Hybrid structure (work from home / in office)

Cons

Honestly, I have had no complaints and I've been here nearly a year. The only thing I'd say is that some of the corporate office jobs start as a contract, which I know isn't ideal for everyone. However, your hard work will be recognized and converting to a permanent employee is absolutely achievable. I went from contract to perm fairly quickly.
