      Pros

      Strong corporate values stemming from Coors family legacy. Inclusive. Feels like a young company but been around for over 100 years. Plenty of opportunity to be creative, to contribute, to have your voice heard. Not rigid and structured. Fair compensation. Good benefits.

      Cons

      Not enough structure. Absence of clear policies and communication. Cross-functional collaboration could be stronger. New systems could be better integrated. Change management/project management needs more support.
