I feel valued and love working with many positive teammates! There are also many changes that take place so it keeps the work interesting and busy, and the company does seem to value work/life balance and tries to be flexible when possible to meet the needs of the worker.

Pros

With a great boss, and awesome coworkers, i don’t know how this job is ever disliked or left by anyone. I get good raises and great support in my role.

Cons

As you have in a big company, communication is always an issue. But this could be said for almost all companies that aren't mom and pop shops.

Pros

Friendly atmosphere, fun problems to solve, very cool products.

Cons

Benefits are okay, but not on par with the best organizations out there. PTO needs to be increased and sick days are not separated from PTO. Salaries are not competitive for the industry and worker retention suffers.
