      Its a really good job to have you learn things not alot of people get to theres alot of opportunity but that comes with hard work and team work.

      Cons

      I wouldn't call them cons because your learning something new its hands on physical work not every job is tge same you know what you signed up for to learn.

      Good benefits,good company to start with and opportunities.

      Cons

      No Balance,Not Organized,Some of these Leads need seminar how to engage their people.Or choose the right person to do that job.Rewards goes along way not only for those that recognized but for those folks who worked so hard that is not recognized by other workers but they contribute huge for the company they should be rewarded.
