Pros

Great 401k, fun co-workers, cool locations, good company to start your career in, as your job will likely have a very large scope so you will gain lots if experience.

Cons

I was tasked with the job of a manager but was not allowed the title or pay of a manager because of my inexperience. The company is way behind the curve in culture, technology and amenities. They put all their money into projects that look flashy for their customers like building modifications for tours, but need to be spending it on things that show their employees they are valued.

Immoral, uncaring, corrupt.

Pros

Some of the floor people are good people.

Cons

Mean, heartless, cheap, liars, - culture of harrassment, targeting, & failure. Almost everyone is fired or quits within the first 5 years. They have fired people for made up offenses who have been with the company 20-30 years, leaving them on the streets with families after decades of service. Don't put time or effort into a company who will eventually harass and fire you.

Pros

Great people, hard workers. Good 401k match

Cons

Management is micromanaging all the time. They are super strict with breaks and lunches. I have seen it to the point where they have team leads guarding the door to see who comes in last after the break bell rings. They also hire waves of temps and lay them off right before the slowdown work period (typically around dec-jan) pay could really be better l!
