You will be threatened if you report unsafe acts and will have no choice but to quit if you report an unsafe life threatening act. The co workers will threaten you and they will keep their job and you will be done with this company. If you value your life don't work here. Coorstek will let almost anyone on a forklift and that is a safety hazard. I had to walk out on my job because the toxic hostile environment was bad. However, the 3rd shift supervisor wants you to come snitch others and it only leads to the employees being snitched on getting upset and threatening. If anyone else has experienced this while working at Coorstek please contact me as I'm in the process of taking advantage of our legal system.

Lack of communication between leaders, management could be and would be more so than not, verbally abusive, lacking of empathy at death of a family member or other variables in life, such as i.e. wife in car accident being rushed to the hospital is NOT an excuse to answer your cell phone, your phone should be locked away if its serious they will find a way to reach you through your designated work number. Also air quality is horribly poor due to the ceramics. Sometimes unable to breathe. Lack of water fountains, on-site food/beverage, no appreciation for employee dedication, no real guidance but if there is a success they will take it and tell you how little and minute you are in the scheme of the company success. Never have I seen so many people cry, quit, verbally assaulted, sexual harassment rampant, more than 20 confirmed reports of such harassment by 20 separate victims to HR to be completely disregarded, these people humiliated, and not even a single investigation.
