      Some people you work with are cool

      Everything, no promotion, everyone has it out for you to advance themselves. Literally worked a whole month straight and was told at the end could have done better. If you have any form of anxiety this not the job for you, it would literal keep me up at night with amount of stress and b.s. they accuse of. No commendations for the WORK you do its a lot like high school.

      Great co-workers, decent benefits and pay.

      Cons

      Favoritism, nepotism and unprofessional behavior by management, inefficient and stressful work environment, good employees are often undervalued and overworked, sexism, regular layoffs, and little to no room for advancement.

      There are a lot of good people working at coorstek.

      Cons

      Upper management only cares about their bonus at the end of the year. They do not promote within the company.
