Pros
Annual raise, good benefits, and great coworkers. Very fun and structured work place. Supervisors are in their position for a reason and don't micromanage
Cons
Some employees don't get the recognition they deserve. They have quarterly meetings and often supervisors recognize workers in their department for things that stood out to them. And in a way it makes you want to do everything you can and work harder than anyone else. But it seemed that the same people always got recognized for doing really nothing other than what is expected of them. Always a let down and frustrating experience unless you become good friends with the higher up supervisors
