      Pros

      Good benefits, great opportunity for growth. Great co-workers. Executive management is very approachable. Training is provided and growth is encouraged. You get what you give to a company. If you show the desire to learn and grow this company encourages that. I worked for this company for 17 years and loved every bit of it. Even the bad. If you have a positive attitude great things happen.

      Cons

      Sometimes micro managed. No cons really. I experienced the natural growing pains with a company that is growing very fast.

      Pros

      Regular paycheck, predictable hours, AC in hot weather, some heat in cold weather.

      Cons

      Puny benefits, puny pay, micro-management, seems to have low opinion of front line employees.

      I noticed your comments regarding the pay and benefits offered to our employees and wanted to make sure that, as a full-time employee, you were aware that the company offers a choice of two very high-level of coverage medical plans, in addition to dental, vision, life, and disability coverage; tuition reimbursement, scholarships, 401k, employee stock purchase. We regularly compare our compensation to the market and have continued to provide our employees with higher than market pay increases (even during the past recessionary times).
