      Constantly being asked to bend or break policies , owners always confuse not knowing what’s going on !!! Company is s number game how can we get the most vehicles with as little people possible Even when we need assistance management can never be found!

      I would say nothing at all, but working from home was the only positive

      Cons

      First off, HR is non existent and very incompetent. This company misrepresents the salary and commissions. They delayed paying me and I'm still missing money. Management is terrible and unprofessional. They threaten your job every week and any time they come out with a new stupid policy. I was so broke and miserable working for this company. Quitting was the best thing I did so far this year.
