      They order food for new hires. Which is often because no one stays

      Pros

      Company is continually growing, and ESPP allows you to make additional money.

      Cons

      Management culture was the worst I have ever encountered and lead to high turn over from its employees. Management not willing to make beneficial changes, implemented unneccesary processes, micromanaged employees, and made no attempt to connect personally with employees. Expect to work 50 hours/ week minimum.

      Pros

      Hours are pretty good, you get to work outside. Being able to view and see some rare and classic cars are a plus.

      Cons

      Management sucked, no communication. Grantville/Harrisburg branch in PA especially. The managers talked down to you and never praised you for your hard work.
