Nice place to visit but you don’t want to work here.

Pros

Sometimes when there are leftovers from the executive lunch meetings with national Insuance companies, the executive assistant will bring the cold leftovers for the rest of the employees to eat in the break room.

Cons

Low pay and long hours. Management wants you to skip lunch and work weekends but when you do they don’t appreciate it. They bring on contractors and interns so they don’t have to pay benefits. Copart management will not pay their current employees what they’re worth, instead they hire veterans in the field to train college grads with no experience. Only to let the veteran employees go after they have successfully trained their young predecessors.
