A cheap worthless company that only cares about their own bottom line.

Pros

It was a good job - to a point. And that's about it...

Cons

Just everything you can imagine. They only care about how much money they can put in their own pockets - at the expect of their employees. The company motto should be "If it's free, then it's for me..." - they use cheap tools - and then expect you to fix it when it breaks...

Pros

Great Benefits Major holidays off Constant opportunity for learning Depending on your yard, it can be a great team environment Once a year company sponsored family fun days

Cons

Mediocre pay for the amount of work employees are asked to do, take note that their "entry level" position in the office is anything but that. You are required to jump in, feet first, and learn to swim before you even get a grasp on what the company really is. Company has adapted the "do more with less" mentality and it is severely affecting the level of service employees can give to their customers. Less people in a location to do more tasks behind the scenes leaves less people to help our customers. No acknowledgement or incentive for those who make it to milestone anniversaries, such as 5 years, 10 years, etc. Should you be in an area where natural disasters are likely to occur, plan on long hours and minimal time off during the recovery time. Even if you aren't in an area where natural disasters occur, when one does strike another area, you will be expected to work overtime to assist other facilities. Vacation time-3 weeks after 5 years and it never increases, ever.

Pros

Benefits are pretty good. Stock is valuable. Take advantage of purchasing company stock at a discount. It split recently.

Cons

The CEO's rating on this site was low, low and now it's relatively "OK". There's no telling what these sneaky people did to boost it. Keep that in mind. The CEO walked past my desk multiple times a day and spoke to me maybe twice in over a year.
