      Pros

      There are no pros I've had such a horrible experience with this place! I WILL NOT recommend anyone to work here.

      Cons

      Management is horrible, the job makes you feel uncomfortable. The office has a bunch of high school drama and people mixing your words up. Management plays favoritism and don't do anything when you take concerns to them. It's poor lack of communication here and the people. You get talked about if you do one thing wrong. Nobody trains you to become better it seems as if they would rather see you fail.

      Pros

      Good Benefits. Hours M-F 8-5 most holidays off. Gifts on Thanksgiving and Christmas. Medical expense card that can be used at the doctor or dentist for your family.

      Cons

      Upper management is terrible.. No communication, jealously, petty, and arrogant. No room for growth. You will be a CSR for 20 years. Unless you want to be a DSR and make commission only. No thanks not worth the drama for $13 an hour. Way to stressful environment, deadlines are impossible especially when understaffed.
