Pros

Overtime was available if you wanted it.

Cons

If a new, unexperienced person is hired on after you, chances are good that they will be hired at a higher pay rate than you, and Copart will not raise your pay. You are stuck at a lower rate than the newbie.

Pros

Good pay with benefits, perfect place if you're looking for office work. You will learn how to multitask, speak to customers on the phone in a professional manner.

Cons

What I did not like about Copart, maybe it was my location but, the staff was rude mainly because the work was so stressful. They will want you to work even if you're sick, they will fire you even if you're 10 min late, doesn't matter if you got into a car accident. Do not recommend.

Pros

Employee stock purchase plan is a good deal

Cons

Trying to be a big company but can’t move away from the ‘good old boys’ network. Unless you are are part of the original Copart set up in California, you will never be looked upon as anything but an outsider. The fact that the CEO is one of Donald Trump’s biggest contributors says it all really.
