      Pros

      Benefits are decent, pay is ok. Usually close to home if you live in rural area's. Monday - Friday mostly, few weekends.

      Cons

      Lack of training. Lack of advancement. Lots of office drama. Lack of concern for staff or contract employees. Management is disrespectful.

      Pros

      Lots of opportunities for advancement if you're willing to move/relocate. Employees are protected much more than management- which is actually a con to you if you're management- but great if you're a lazy employee who doesn't like being held accountable.

      Cons

      Political. Work your A off- and don't get paid for it. You work hard, and long hours, and you are not compensated for that. Upper Executives receive bonuses and stock options that the people that are actually doing the work do not receive or see. Read the annual reports- good stuff to see just how much you're not making and how much more you should be appreciated than you are.

      Pros

      Unless you have no desire to work at a job that makes you feel fulfilled, Copart is not a good company to work for. They are inconsistant at the yard level. some GM's are great, some are dictators. Same goes for the RM level. Corporate will say they care about the employees but the second anyone needs something that would become difficult they would rather eliminate the issue rather than figure out how to fix it. decent pay, but not worth the stress.

      Check out the Pro's. that about says enough.
