Pros

Dynamic, fast-moving company, with excellent prospects for further growth, both domestically and overseas. Employees who go above and beyond are recognized, rewarded, and promoted. Financially thriving and stable company that does very well in good times and bad. Dedicated, smart people at all levels. Management really cares about its employees, and is dedicated to developing them. Likes to promote from within.

Cons

Management is very ambitious and this can mean a heavy workload for some. Get really good at saying no to some opportunities, and sharpen your focus on the really big ones.

Pros

Decent pay. Benefits. Consistent work. Limited advancement opportunitues. Thats it.

Cons

Almost everything. Health insurance costs are out the roof. Managers are hired as first time managers, and they are awful managers. All uppper management cares about are the scores on audits so they get their big fat bonuses for watching their employees slave away. The work itself is easy enough, but it is non stop, all day long. The phones don't stop ringing. You don't get a break on your outbound calls. If the office is behind, other departments have to stop their job to do the CSR's jobs. Some employees are so incompetent and constantly make mistakes, but no one gets in trouble. Mangers make excuses for them and fix their errors for them. Any overtime you work, you have to give back. They refuse to pay you for the OT you work because they are more concerned about a budget. The system we work in is ancient. Technology in the office needs a serious upgrade. I got laughed at because I told someone the system we are still using. Corporate will send and email about a policy change. 2 hours later we'll get an email with a change to the change. A month later we get an email saying nevermind. Get it together.

Pros

Pros would definitely be many co workers and this does not include a single person in a management role

Cons

Where do I start low is compared to other companies. Benefits yes you have them but way below average. If you are a female don't even consider this company as women are being replaced, especially in management roles, with men who are way less qualified. Family values WRONG amd very out of touch with realities of today's working culture. If heaven forbid you are terminated in a whim with no justification forget unemployment. Says a lot about their concern for their employees oh wait that's lack of concern. Many issues that have been taken to HR and just glossed over and dismissed.
