Good pay, ok benefits

Pros

Pay is good. Monday-Friday full time. Decent benefits. Opportunity to fly out and make more money with overtime.

Cons

A lot of stress from upper management. Corporate releases new software/policies with very little or no notice at all. The field operations manual is severely outdated and confusing to new employees. Wait 5 minutes and something else changes. Buyer fees constantly update with no notice to anyone, including buyers. You feel the wrath of the buyers first hand. Too bad, as is.
