      Pros

      I've been with Copart for over 12 years now. The culture is 2nd to none and is difficult to explain. You really have to experience it or attend a Copart event to feel the passion, positivity, and support everyone has for each other. The will to win is like no other and keeps me motivated to do better every day. The Executive Leadership Team and the vision they have make Copart what it is today and opens doors of opportunity for years to come. It's always about the next 10 years and what can we do to improve our technology, training, safety, and overall experience for our sellers & members. Copart provides the vehicle & resources needed to be successful. I feel very fortunate every day to be part of such an amazing Company & Team.

      Only that I didn't hear of Copart much sooner.

      Copart is a brand to be proud of. It is filled with the right people that have passion at all levels. Copart has a great culture with strong and positive leadership. I feel I am well trained and equipped to execute the needs of our customers. Our leaders are invested in their employees and put in the hard work needed to be the most successful company it can be!

      Cons

      There has never been a con to work for Copart.
