The "one team, one dream" ideology holds true at Copart. No matter what team or department you are in, someone will work with you to find the best solution - all for the good of the company. People really care about each other and the company's success.

Pros

Stable company who believes in long term views on the business. That means there were no furloughs resulting from COVID-19 which is unique for a business this size. Treated like family by senior leadership. Encourage and support (from a resources standpoint) innovation and new products.

Cons

Limited upward mobility once you reach a certain level.

Competitive pay and benefits, awesome company culture, industry leader in their space, great stock purchase plan to be an owner!

Cons

I have worked here for 15 years and am contacted by recruiters regularly. I have zero desire to work anywhere else.
