Pros

Pay and benefits. But, at the copart I am at attitudes are just uncalled for. it's not worth the aggravation

Cons

Management. The front office manager needs to work at a correction facility. Unless, you fit in with they're age group. I am older and am old school, . Anything I say is wrong, even when I have customers tell me I have been the nicest in any copart they have been to. They love to joke with me, and the smile I put on their faces when they leave.

Meaningless meetings, idiotic managers who don’t know job and from other industries, dictatorial managers, artificial and impossible goals if job is done right. Micromanagement. High turnover, no training, lack of respect for employees who work hard
