The people are helpful and family oriented. It’s not uncommon to build lifelong friendships with genuine people. Opportunities for advancement are endless depending on your level of interest.
Cons
Job satisfaction can be challenging to obtain based upon the work you’re hired to do versus what you actually end up doing and the compensation thereof. There’s lots of work to be done and the turnover rate is high, but that’s because you really have to have a passion for what you do and Copart will weed out those who aren’t right for the business quickly.
