      Pros

      Few pros other than some decent co workers amd free parking

      Cons

      Most toxic and back stabbing atmosphere in the IT area. You are told one thing by one higher up who leaves then somebody else comes through the revolving door and totally changes the course and information. No regards for employees and will hire and fire in a whim. IT management from top down to managers lie and will do whatever it takes to cover themselves. This company is a mess and even Human Resources is of no help whatsoever. Run away from this company there are too many other opportunities around

      Lots of work to be done Several smart co-workers

      Cons

      Terrible management High turnover Lots of work to be done, but no overtime allowed Bait and switch tactics for promotions Typical corporation tactics (long chain of command, follow blind orders 'just because') Staffed to bare minimum to get work done, so when someone calls in sick everyone takes a hit, if 2 people call in sick you better hope you're one of the 2.

      Fun and interesting work. Pays well.

      Cons

      Management expects you to work lots and lots of OT. Not a very family friendly company. Need to hire more employee's instead of burning out the ones they have.
